To finish things off, the bathrooms are luxurious with Duravit fittings. The development also featured secure parking for each property.

The kitchens featured custom designed German built handle-less kitchen units, stone worktops with specially cut draining grooves, Undermount Frank 1 ½ bowl sinks, stone splashbacks, Siemens integrated appliances and walnut finish flooring.

 

En-suites and bathrooms were designed included basins with secret filler & overflow pull out noses, Duravit chinaware and Grohe taps.

 

Other areas of the houses featured beautiful walnut finish flooring in the entrance hall, lounge and kitchens which were fitted with underfloor heating. All bedrooms carpeted, with radiators expertly placed for effective central heating. Each property had access to car parking which connected to the garden at the rear. Each front and rear garden was landscaped and were accessible from the ground floor patio doors. Furthermore, first floor balconies enjoyed double French doors.
