Tim Gleeson
Company Director
Prior to founding Gleeson Build & Develop Ltd in March 2000, Tim managed complex high value projects for multi-national contractors in his native Ireland, Africa, and the U.K.
Tim was educated at the Dublin Institute of Technology and upon graduation joined John Sisk & Sons. In 1985 Tim moved to England to work as a Project Manager with Galiford Try. Tim has experience in the industrial, commercial and leisure sectors and for the last 20 years has concentrated his talents on London’s residential sector with Gleeson Build & Develop.
Tim is an experienced Company Director who has overseen the steady growth of Gleeson Build & Develop Limited and its transition from a contracting business to a bona fide developer in recent years.
Denis Gleeson
Company Director
Denis gained site experience with Gleeson Build & Develop and graduated with an MSc in Quantity Surveying at Heriot Watt University in 2010.
Denis worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for Base Quantum prior to joining Gleeson Build & Develop in 2017. While at Base, Denis gained experience in the House Building, Civil Engineering, Rail and High-End residential sectors.
Denis now oversees the commercial elements of the business, including acquisitions and sourcing development funding.
