Sustainable Development

Conscious living for Londoners

The building comprises nine luxury apartments. All apartments were designed with outdoor amenity space.

All of the apartments were designed to Code 4, for sustainable homes and included Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery Systems and utilised both Green and Brown Roofing Systems.

Easter House is within close proximity to Bermondsey station and Bermondsey’s trendy bars and cafes, and within 20 minute train journey to central London.

360° Degree View

A penthouse with a panoramic view of the city

The penthouse is the centrepiece of the project, with a 360 degree, panoramic views of the city of London, both from inside the penthouse and from the private, grassed roof garden.

The building has a single accommodation staircase and a lift which provided access to the nine apartments. The ground floor apartments were specifically designed on two levels.

Five-Storey Redevelopment

Situated in London Zone 2

The building is concrete framed with a Metsec External Walling System and London Stock brickwork. The brickwork used for the development is offset with timber boarding to the balcony terraces, which incorporated slated privacy screens to provide residents a extra tranquillity.

The site straddles the Metropolitan line underground so a GPS Precision Piling system was required.
